Description
The Hinge box on both the mk1 and mk2 chimaera is easily damaged and the bosses holding the threads for the hinge brackets can be pulled out of the moulding so they are loose.
we supply a new hinge box with a larger boss moulded in and the threaded bar secured.
This is a fairly easy if a little messy repair that can easily be done by the home mechanic and stops the annoying loose bonnet.
The Hinge box fits all Chimaera Bonnets.
